Lovely Staff, however, a total stuff up. No room for us on the bus back to parking to pick up our car. Not OK or fair for anyone involved. Did not meet the basic expectation. Would not recommend.

The 2 drivers that we had were excellent. But we were very disappointed when we got to the office. Could not understand the instructions we were given when the keys were given to us to pick up my car. We had no idea where we were going. This was the first time we had been there. We had 2 cases, one was quite heavy and we are 85 and 78 years old. One of your staff saw us struggling along, and offered to go and get my car. This was very much appreciated by us
