Designed primarily for use by international travellers, the P7 Car Park lies  adjacent to Sydney Airport’s Terminal 1. Owned and managed by the Sydney Airport Corporation, the P7 Car Park is situated just 5 minutes away from the International Terminal, within easy walking distance of Departures and Arrivals. P7 is a multi-storey parking facility, protected by CCTV and barrier entry, with undercover spaces available across eight levels. It’s also one of the most expensive places to park at the airport, with drive-up rates starting at $62.00 for 24 hours, and extending to $434.00 for seven days.

About Sydney Airport’s P7 Car Park

The P7 car park can accommodate both short- and long-term stays, alongside a variety of different vehicle types, from sedans and utes, luxury sports cars and station wagons, to four-wheel drives. P7 has 8 levels. With the exception of the roof, the car park is undercover. The car park offers:

Sydney Airport P7 Car Park Rates

P7 drive-up rates start at $9.70 for 0-30 minutes, $19.40 for 30-60 minutes, $27.50 for 1-2 hours, $37.00 for 2-3 hours, and $62.00 for stays of between 3-24 hours. Each additional 24 hour period (or part thereof) comes in at $62.00. Booking online brings the price down considerably for long-term stays. Expect to pay around $224.00 for a week, plus an extra 20% on top if you opt for the valet service. A two week stay, booked in December would cost approximately $320.00, which averages out at a little over $21.00 per day. An online quote check for a month long stay, also in December, reveals a price of $460.00, which is a low $15.86 per day. Not bad, considering that that covers the Christmas holiday period. 

It’s not possible to secure a space in P7 on Flyparks at present, but bookings can be made through Sydney Airport’s official website. There are however, cheaper options out there if you’re willing to search for a better deal. There are a handful of private car park operators near Sydney Airport, many of which offer excellent online rates and other incentives such as complimentary shuttle services.
