The shuttle service was amazing. Thankyou guys for you prompt, friendly and helpful drop off and pick up. The storage of our car was not great! When we arrived back at Andrews about 15 minutes for our car to be brought around. It was driven through the front gate covered in dust and bird excrement which was not initially on the car. We went through a car war wash but some still remained on the car. Great drop off and pick up but not so great with the care of the car.

Our experience was perfect. Friendly staff. Driver with shuttle bus was very polite. Will use your services again

We had wonderful service as always, from all the staff at Andrews

I stipulated one request for parking my van. I needed it to be parked in the sunlight where the solar panels would keep the vans batteries charged and electrical/electronic devices operating. That didn't happen due to when I picked it up, the windscreen was covered in dust while it was raining. The vans batteries were completely discharged, the fridge was engulfed in mould and various electronic devices no longer operate. It will cost a fortune to repair the damage. Other than that, good job.

Everyone was nice. Process is smooth.

I found that the staff, and especially the minibus drivers were very helpful and friendly. Parking at Andrews is so much easier than trying to find a park at the airport, and such a pleasant experience.

Experience was good no real problems. Only suggestion I would make is to upgrade map for international pickup as it does not reflect current situation. eg money transfer station no longer there. There is no longer a marker for zone 3.

The administrative are friendly, courteous and professionally engaged with the customers. The drivers are also polite, friendly, knowledgeable and engage with the passengers without prompting. Overall a very pleasing experience and I shall use the service in the future.

Great service easy booking process

Great service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is very prompt, no waiting around. The vehicle was in good condition, they even washed the windscreen when we arrived to pickup. Just a really good service.

Great service from friendly staff. Both leaving the car with them and then pick up from the airport and at the parking centre is quick and very efficient. I will be recommending Andrews Car Parking to anyone and everyone as well as booking in with them again. Also the cost is very good for the service they provide.

I have used Andrew's Parking for many years and always found them to be most professional. The only disappointment I had on the last 2 occasions was that I have been unable to have my car cleaned and detailed.

Great service. Makes travelling so much easier without the hassle of trying to get to and from the airport. Recommend to anyone planning to park at the airport when travelling.

I am unsure if my car was stored outside under cover or inside, I found the car had excessive dust and wonder if my car was stored has required.

I have always found Andrews fast and efficient when travelling by air from Brisbane. Swift transfer to and from the terminal and keys ready for collection on return.
