Had issues with the credit card reader on entry. We were informed of issue and was quite easily resolved. Much better than last time we used Cairns airport parking.

A very convenient and cost effective way to park minutes from the airport check-in : especially if you have to travel to the city to fly :I have now used this service on several occasions and have always been happy with the professional service offered .

Booked online okay Went in but couldn’t get gate to go up Put my card to reader It printed out a ticket which I didn’t want as well On the way out explained to operator at check out and he then checked and let me out

Cheaper than any others

Could not contact anyone when I required to extend parking for few extra hours then on departure of Carpark was charged extra $30 half the amount for the whole 5 days

I tapped my credit card upon arrival but got a text from the car park to say that something went wrong and to not tap credit card to leave but to page the attendant upon leaving. When paging the attendant and explaining the situation they just mumbled something. I asked to speak again as couldn't understand and they just yelled at me and said "just keep driving". So I have no idea if the problem was solved or not or whether my credit card that I tapped is going to cop extra charges.

i unfortunately took a ticket on the way in, when i was at the gate on the way out and buzzed for assistance the operator was very inpatient.

I parked easily, I collected my car easily, I went home. No Complaints

Impressed, had to extend parking due to extended stay in Brisbane and found it so easy to do . Would recommend this service wholeheartedly to other travellers . Price on par , if not cheaper with other parking services . Highly recommend.

Punctual, courteous response at commencement and arrival. Economical, would definitely use this long-term car park again.

When I arrived at the parking lot the lady had no idea who I was even though I gave her the reference number, my name and phone number. I experienced almost the same when I was leaving. Your system doesn’t work very well through lack of information to your operations.

Can’t comment on punctuality or friendliness because I didn’t see or speak to anyone however the location is good.

When i booked on line i did not get a booking number. i emailed and was told i must have booked under Virgin which i did not.After several emails i was given a booking number and told not to use my credit card to enter and exit. Your ground staff at Cairns Airport were excellent and i had no further problems

As a first time user of this service I found it accessible, practical and easy to follow. The website and subsequent information was timely, accurate and sufficient.

Would be easier if you could use your credit card to enter the car park as it used to be.

I am at present in Perth and was unable to get back to Cairns by the 29/3 and I have no clue when I will be returning, so my car is parked at the airport meaning of course that I am still paying. I have rang twice to let them now my situation and both times staff were of great help and understood the position I am in, both staff guaranteed on my return the best cheapest deal for me. Much appreciated!
