Efficient and very effective process. Staff extremely helpful. The proximity to airport, effective and efficient parking and retrieval of vehicle and transfer to and from airport made what can be a very frustrating stressful event an extremely simple and comforting experience. We have absolute confidence in Park and Fly.

Right from when we booked it and gave the wrong email address the staff went out of their way to assist us. We arrived an hour early and then there was still no drama. We were taken to the airport and picked up with a minimum of fuss. Will definitely use this service again The only strange thing was i got an overseas transaction charge on my credit card

The convenience and ease was great. Quickly got to the airport and back to my car without any problems. Price for parking was affordable too. I would not pay for the interior and exterior clean again, as it was very expensive ($85) for a standard wash and vacuum.

Excellent and so easy

Abysmal - totally left me in the lurch. i made a mistake in the booking dates and immediately edited and updated the request to the correct days. they took my money but didn't confirm via email. i tried on numerous occasions (over 20) to contact them by phone - using the 2 direct line numbers. the call went unanswered with no facility to leave a message. In the end i had to scramble to find a park (utilising an on street park near the airport) and just barely made our flight. this was a major source of anxiety over the period of my holiday. I would like a refund of both payments made and for some one elses benefit a number in the documents that will be answered by the provider.

This is a great service which we have used on previous occasions. Unfortunately, my latest experience in getting picked up from the airport was due to lack of signage for pick up as instructions were not 100% clear.

Staff efficiently processed our booking and immediately organized the transfer van with no delay On the return leg they sent a van as soon as I rang them All went very well

We were flying out of the international terminal. This is a great service- convenient location, quick shuttle service and safe parking. Will definitely use again!!

Friendly and helpful staff 👌

Easy check in. Friendly helpful staff. Transfer driver so polite. Car was under cover and protected from the elements while we were away. Prompt service and even lollipops for the kids.
